ALTA AURA DESIGNS, LLC — Terms & Conditions

By using AltaAuraDesigns.com or booking a Discovery Session, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are & what we offer. ALTA AURA DESIGNS is a bespoke fur-felt hat studio offering private, by-appointment design sessions and commissioned, made-to-order hats. Sessions are conducted in person; we travel to clients within our service area and do not operate a public storefront.

Booking & the reservation. Booking a Discovery Session requires a $500 reservation, which secures your appointment and is applied in full as credit toward your commissioned piece. The reservation confirms your booking; a slot is not held until the reservation is paid. The reservation is non-refundable as described in our Refund / Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Commissions & approval. Each piece is designed and made for one person. Before production begins, you will review and approve style, color, and design details. Once production begins, changes may not be possible and may incur additional cost.

Pricing, payment & tax. Commission pricing is discussed during your Discovery Session and depends on materials and work involved. Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes are handled as required by law.

Handmade goods. Pieces are handmade from natural materials; slight, natural variation in color, texture, and finish is inherent to the craft and is not a defect.

Intellectual property. All site content, the ALTA AURA DESIGNS name, logo, and imagery are owned by ALTA AURA DESIGNS and may not be used without permission. We may photograph commissioned pieces for portfolio and marketing use; where a client appears, we obtain a separate release.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability. The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALTA AURA DESIGNS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service or piece.

Indemnification. You agree to hold ALTA AURA DESIGNS harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Arkansas.

Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance of the current version.
