Alta Aura Designs, LLC (“Alta Aura,” "ALTA AURA" "ALTA AURA DESIGNS" “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to altaauradesigns.com and to our booking and client-communication process.
Information we collect. (1) Information you give us- name, email, phone, city, the details you share when booking a Discovery Session or contacting us, and design/fit information (including head measurements and profile) gathered as part of your commission. (2) Payment information- reservation and purchase payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited transaction details but do not store full card numbers. (3) Information collected automatically- via cookies and similar technologies, including analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising/measurement (Meta Pixel), such as device, browser, pages viewed, and referring source.
How we use it. To schedule and deliver sessions and commissions; to process payments; to communicate with you; to send marketing emails if you opt in; to operate, secure, and improve the site; and to comply with legal obligations.
Email marketing. If you join our list, we send occasional updates via our email provider (MailerLite). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers who help us operate- including Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), MailerLite (email), Google (analytics), Meta (measurement), and Cloudflare (hosting/content delivery)- and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & choices. You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. You may opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s tools and manage Meta ad preferences in your Meta account.
Data retention. We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records of commissions and payments, and meet legal/tax obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Children. The site and our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
